Delete it in the app
Open your Laço profile, then choose Delete account. The app will ask you to confirm before permanently deleting the account.
Cannot access the app?
Email conversationalistduo@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete my Laço account.” Please include the name shown on your Laço profile and the Apple or Google sign-in method you used. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request is yours.
What deletion removes
Deleting an account removes its sign-in access, profile, contact connections, invitations, and the messages and attachments in Laço conversations associated with that profile. The other person's account remains, but the shared conversation is removed. Aggregate service statistics do not identify you and are retained for up to 90 days. Content previously processed by OpenAI is subject to OpenAI's published retention controls.
